Average Session Duration

The average time visitors spend on your website per session.

Views Per Session

The average number of pages a visitor views during a session.

Popular Days

The days of the week with the most views.

Device Usage

Percentage of visitors using desktop, mobile, or tablet.

Pages

See each metric at a page level. (ie. Total page views for your home page.)

Clicks

How many times users clicked on your website from search results.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

Top Queries

The most viewed pages from search results based on impressions and clicks.


Google Business Profile Metrics Overview

Metric

Definition

Total Views

The number of times your business profile was viewed on Google.

Website Visits

How many times users clicked through to visit your website from the business profile.

Phone Calls

The number of times users clicked to call your business from the profile.

Total Actions

The total number of interactions with your profile (website visits + phone calls).

Conversion Rate

The percentage of views that resulted in an action (website visit or call).

Reviews

Customer reviews left on your Google Business Profile.

Average Rating

The average rating from all reviews on your profile.

Reply Time

The average time taken to respond to reviews.
