Website Analytics Metrics Overview
Metric | Definition

Total Users | The number of unique visitors who accessed your site in the selected time frame. |
New Users | First-time visitors within the selected period. |
Sessions | A visit to your website within a set time frame. |
Engagement Rate | The percentage of visits where users actively interacted (clicked, scrolled, etc). |
Average Session Duration | The average time visitors spend on your website per session. |
Views Per Session | The average number of pages a visitor views during a session. |
Source | Where a visitor to your website originated from. |
Popular Days | The days of the week with the most views.

Device Usage | Percentage of visitors using desktop, mobile, or tablet. |
Pages | See each metric at a page level. (ie. Total page views for your home page.) |
Organic Search Metrics Overview

Impressions | How many times your website appeared in Google search results. |
Clicks | How many times users clicked on your website from search results. |
Click-Through Rate (CTR) | Percentage of people who clicked your website after seeing it in search results. |
Top Queries | The search terms people used on Google that showed your website in results. |
Top Pages | The most viewed pages from search results based on impressions and clicks. |
Google Business Profile Metrics Overview

Total Views | The number of times your business profile was viewed on Google. |
Website Visits | How many times users clicked through to visit your website from the business profile. |
Phone Calls | The number of times users clicked to call your business from the profile. |
Total Actions | The total number of interactions with your profile (website visits + phone calls). |
Conversion Rate | The percentage of views that resulted in an action (website visit or call). |
Reviews | Customer reviews left on your Google Business Profile. |
Average Rating | The average rating from all reviews on your profile. |
Reply Time | The average time taken to respond to reviews. |
