Submitting Website Requests
If you would like to make updates to your Qualicare website such as adding a new service tab, editing local page content, updating your service area list, or requesting a new page, please refer to the Website Guidebook for guidelines on what can be updated on the website and use the Website Request Form.
When submitting a request, please ensure you provide:
-
Text Content: Final and proofread, unique, professional, and clear.
-
Images & Graphics: High-quality, royalty-free, and no embedded text.
Our Marketing Team reviews all requests to ensure consistency with brand standards and guidelines before publishing. Requests that do not meet the content guidelines may be sent back for revision, which can delay turnaround times.
Typical turnaround times:
-
Top banner, homepage service tab, homepage review: 2 weeks
-
Homepage service area list, menu updates: 2–3 business days
-
Existing local page edits: up to 2 weeks
-
New local page requests: timing confirmed once reviewed
For questions about what you can request or if your request may be out of scope, please email
