Design Request Requirements

Design Request Requirements

Objective/Purpose:
Clearly outline the campaign's goal, such as promoting senior care services, respite care, or specialized support for conditions like dementia or Alzheimer's.

Target Audience:
Specify the intended audience for the design (e.g., caregivers, families of potential clients, or healthcare professionals).

Key Message/Copy:
Include any essential text or calls to action that should be featured. Providing the exact wording you want displayed will streamline the design process.

Design Preferences:
If there are specific visual styles or themes you prefer (e.g., compassionate, professional, supportive), please specify. This is particularly important for new campaigns rather than modifying existing designs.

Visual Elements:
Share preferences for visuals, icons, or stock images to be used. For stock images, details like age group, setting, and other relevant attributes are helpful.

Format:
Indicate the type of creative needed (social graphic, brochure, website banner, etc.).

Timeline:
Please provide a clear deadline, especially for seasonal campaigns. Submit design requests at least one week in advance, but earlier is preferred. Complex projects may require additional time, so the sooner we receive your request, the better we can accommodate it.
