Why We Use Bark Lead Auto-Purchase
Bark leads move quickly. When someone submits a care request, they’re often contacted by multiple providers within the first 30–60 minutes. If you’re not one of the first to respond, there’s a high chance the lead will go cold.
Auto-Purchase allows you to respond faster — without needing to manually log in and review every lead. It’s the system set up for Qualicare franchisees to make sure no opportunities slip through the cracks due to delays.
How Auto-Purchase Works
When you complete the Auto-Purchase Intake Form (coming soon), the Home Office team sets up a custom automation that automatically purchases leads in your Bark Account. This automation includes:
Your target postal codes
The types of services you want to receive leads for
Any exclusions (e.g. overnight care only, requests under 2 hours)
Once this is submitted, we configure the automation between your Bark account and Zoho CRM.
Here’s what happens next:
- When a Bark lead matches your criteria, the automation automatically purchases it using your available credits
- The lead is instantly sent into your Zoho CRM, tagged as a Bark lead
- Zoho sends a pre-written email reply to the client immediately
- A task is created to prompt a phone follow-up from you or your team
IMPORTANT: Don’t let leads go cold.
