Step 6: Plan your Time

Step 6: Plan your Time

Facebook is a social platform, it’s easy to get caught up in scrolling or distracted by updates. To make the most of your time and efforts, it's important that you are deliberate with the time you are spending on it as a marketing tool for your business.

We recommend spending approximately 30 minutes per day engaging in Facebook groups. To make this manageable and consistent, break it into two 15-minute sessions:

  • 15 minutes in the morning (before the day gets too busy)
  • 15 minutes in the afternoon or early evening (when people are more active online)

During these sessions, focus on:

  1. Checking notifications for new comments or tags
  2. Searching for new posts where your services might be helpful
  3. Responding to messages or follow-ups
  4. Engaging with relevant discussions

Stay Strategic

You’ll get the most value from Facebook groups when you’re consistent and intentional. By dedicating just a little time each day and planning one day per week to spend an extra hour, you can:

  1. Increase local awareness of your Qualicare services
  2. Build trust in your community
  3. Generate organic leads through meaningful engagement
