Set Up Email Signature in Google

Step 1: Fill Out Required Information

Step 2: Add Social Media Links

Step 3: Review and Copy the Signature

  • Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click on Preview to review your signature.
  • If everything is correct, copy the complete signature for use in Gmail.

Step 4: Add Your Signature to Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select See all settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, go to the General tab and scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click on Create new.

  5. Enter a name for your signature.
  6. Paste the copied signature into the text box.
  7. Make sure to select your new signature for both new emails and replies/forwards.

  8. Scroll down and click Save changes.
