Set Up Email Signature Using Canva

Step 1: Set Up Your Signature in Canva
Open the Canva email signature template and fill in your contact details. Once it's complete feel free to delete the other templates. Export your email signature as a PNG (image) file.

Step 2: Add Your Signature to Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select See all settings.

  3. In the Settings menu, go to the General tab and scroll down to the Signature section.
  4. Click on Create new.

  5. Enter a name for your signature.
  6. Insert the image file into the text box.
  7. Make sure to select your new signature for both new emails and replies/forwards.

  8. Scroll down and click Save changes.
