Set Up Instructions for Gmail

Step 1: Update Your Email Signature

  1. Open the Email Signature file (it will open in your browser).
  2. Copy the signature and paste it into your Gmail Signature settings.
  3. Customize the signature with your details.
  4. Save your changes.

Step 2: Set Your Profile Picture

  1. Download the Gmail Profile Picture file.
  2. Click on the empty profile picture in the top right corner and select the camera icon.

  3. Upload the picture.
  4. Important: Do not allow cropping—set the visible area to the full image so it centers correctly.
