Spot the Quali-Car Marketing Campaign

Spot the Quali-Car Marketing Campaign

The Spot the Quali-Car Contest is an easy and effective campaign to implement on your Facebook business page. It will increase online engagement, but also a great community marketing activity that helps build your brand. It’s a fun way to introduce the Qualicare brand to people in your community who may not know about you and increases the touch points people have with your business.

This can be run at any time during the year and can even be done a few times a year. Add this to your website, print, and social media campaigns to generate buzz and leverage your car as a promotional vehicle.

Here’s how you can run the campaign:

1. Get Organized

  1. Plan where you are going to place your car each day for a week. This pre-planning means you can integrate it into your working week more easily. Make sure you pick high visibility spots.
  2. Make sure you have an event planned for that week. Take your wrapped vehicle to the event and encourage more people (staff, Caregivers, YOUR family and friends, clients and/or their family members) to get involved in the contest.
  3. Create a sign/poster to place with your car to encourage anyone who doesn't know about the brand or the contest to take a picture and post it to your Facebook page. This is great for brand building and introducing the brand to more people in your community.
  4. You want people to post their selfies with your car on your Facebook page. Make sure your Page Settings allow this. Find out how here: https://www.facebook.com/help/356113237741414

  2. Call all clients/family members and Caregivers letting them know about the contest, when it will begin and how they can get involved
  3. Sent an email to all clients/family members and Caregivers letting them know about the contest, when it will begin and how they can get involved
  4. Ask YOUR family and friends to get involved to help boost engagement

3. Running the Contest

Move your car to a different spot each day and post a little clue on your Facebook Page to help. An example of a post can be:

WOW! We have had a huge response to our Quali-Car contest. It is Thursday and it is in a new location. If you have been injured, you probably need to visit this medical service to get you back on track. They would be our “First Choice in the Village”. Remember, post a selfie for 2 entries into the $50 VISA gift card drawing, but you must like our page and share the post as well.
  1. Encourage YOUR family and friends to get involved to help increase engagement – you can even tell them where the car is!
  2. Leave an a sign/poster by the car so people walking past the car know they can get involved in the contest. Make the sign short and sweet and don’t forget to include your Facebook Page name and the prize.
  3. Utilize any events you are doing that week by taking the car with you. You can talk to people about the contest to get them involved.
  4. Keep a tally of who has spotted the car and entered the contest – a spreadsheet works well for this.

4. Announce the Winner

  1. Once the contest is over, thank everyone who participated and let them know when you will be announcing the winner!
  2. When you have chosen a winner, announce this on your Facebook Page with the picture they took with your car. An example of the post can be:
